Both formats have their own magic.

Individual Family Constellations sessions

Provide a private, focused space for personalised exploration of your issue. We work one-to-one with objects, figurines, or metaphorical cards to represent members of the system, a gentle approach for sensitive themes or for those who prefer a quieter setting.

Group Family Constellations sessions

Provide a unique experience. The presence of others makes a much stronger field and creates insights that can come only in shared space. The group energy gives access to something that simply cannot be repeated in an individual session.
Bring your issue or join as a representative to group sessions in West London, Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith & Fulham. We explore 2–4 client requests per event. Unselected requests receive priority next time. A flat fee covers both representatives and issue holders.
