Duration: ~ 2 hours
The session usually lasts around 2 hours, although the exact timing can vary. Since we are following a natural spirit-mind process, the exact length is impossible to predetermine, and I do not interrupt the flow until it reaches a natural conclusion. Most sessions take between 1.5 and 3 hours, so please plan some free time afterward to relax and avoid rushing.
Price: £250 per session (deposit: £20)
The cost of an individual session is £250 per session.
To reserve your time, a £20 deposit is required. After confirmation, I will send you the payment details.
The remaining cost can be paid before the session.
Your deposit will be refunded in full if you give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

What to Expect from an Individual Family Constellation
1. You briefly describe the situation you want to heal, and find where that tension lives in your body.
2. We start exploring the root of the issue. We use a Body Test to ask the Knowing Field “Yes” or “No” questions. This helps us avoid guessing and go directly to the source.
Kinesiology Muscle Test (Body Test)
The Family Constellations approach is based on the principle that there’s the Knowing Field that contains all the information about everything, past and present, all the emotional history of a family.
Our bodies know everything because they are directly connected to the Knowing Field. A body responds to truth with strength, to untruth with weakness. Falsehood always drains energy, which is why the body becomes weaker. When we state the correct phrase, the body confirms it with strength, and when we are wrong, the muscle weakens. I read this information from the Field using my own body and fingers, testing hypotheses with “Yes” or “No” answers to determine the exact source of the problem.
3. We assign representatives. In group work, representatives can be people standing in for key elements of your system, such as family members, important life events, or emotional themes. In individual sessions, representatives can be me, you, other objects, or metaphorical cards.
I gently guide you through the process, sometimes stepping into different roles or reflecting parts of your personal story.
Representatives in Family Constellations
Representatives are constellation participants who temporarily tune into the Knowing Field. Without knowing anything about the situation, they feel and report real physical sensations or emotions that belong to the actual figures they are standing in for, helping to bring the unconscious truth to light.
4. We observe how the representatives feel, move, react, or relate to each other. Hidden tensions, loyalties, exclusions, or emotional blocks naturally begin to reveal themselves.
5. We release the tension. Through healing phrases, conscious awareness, emotional processing, and additional techniques, we help the system reorganise itself. The goal is not to “fight” the problem, but to restore balance, see the truth, and accept the experience.
At this stage I use the Transformation Point.
The Transformation Point
It is a quantum psychology technique used to reprogram your perception and energetic state. I guide you into a light trance where you sit or lie down with closed eyes, relaxing and tracking your physical sensations and emotions. The Transformation Point anchors you in a state where the problem has already gone. It turns off your control, opening direct access to the Knowing Field where everything is possible. Here, energy transforms, old blocks dissolve, and the brain integrates a new pattern without resistance. This bypasses the analytical mind, which often resists change, and speaks directly to the limbic system (the brain’s emotional centre).
6. We reassess the system to ensure an internal shift has occurred, usually marked by immediate lightness, clarity, or a completely different perception of the situation.
7. Resolution may be immediate or may take time. Both are natural. We initiate the healing, and the Knowing Field completes the work. What has been carried for many years sometimes needs space to unfold and dissolve.
What is needed from you
An open mind, an honest intention, and a willingness to observe your feelings and bodily sensations. The process can be profound and deeply surprising, bringing you unexpected insights and lasting relief. No previous experience is required.
Important
- After an especially deep session, it’s perfectly normal to feel a little tired or sleepy. You’ve engaged in real inner work and deserve a period of rest. When this happens, it’s best to spend some quiet time, relax, lie down, or even take a nap, allowing your body and psyche to gently integrate the new experience.
- Family Constellations and Universal Therapy may sometimes explore spiritual or religious themes. Please consider whether this approach is compatible with your personal or religious beliefs before booking. If we begin a session and you decide not to proceed due to a clash with your faith, the £20 booking deposit is non-refundable (as time and space have been allocated), but all remaining fees will be refunded to you.
