We’ll start with a quick chat so we can get to know each other, and you can tell me what is going on and what you’d like to change. Then, we’ll move into a short diagnostic constellation. This is a mini-session designed to help you feel what is actually happening beneath the surface.
It’s important to note that this isn’t a full therapy session. It’s simply a chance to look at your situation from a fresh perspective. Afterwards, I’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
How to book your session
- Pick a time that suits you and fill out the short form
- I’ll get in touch with you to confirm the appointment
- Once we’ve agreed on the time, I’ll send a Google Meet or Zoom link to the email address you provided
