I am Kateryna Goodzenko,
a counsellor specialising in Family and Systemic Constellations.
My first contact with psychology began with a request:
“Everything in my life is good,
but I don’t feel entirely happy”.

At that moment, I just wanted to try something new — something others described as one of the best investments of time and money. That curiosity gradually turned into deep involvement in psychology and years of weekly group work in Family Constellations.
Despite my interest in psychology, for a long time I didn’t want to become a counsellor. I found the idea of listening to clients dwell endlessly on their suffering uninspiring. Over time, however, I discovered an approach that allows me to help people quickly and effectively.
For me, this work is like psychological surgery: we identify the root cause of a suffering and address it directly (often in just one or two sessions) resolving problems that may have lasted for years. I am happy to see how relieved and pleasantly surprised my clients are. Many of them are astonished that such big inner change can happen so rapidly and effectively.
Then the war in Ukraine intervened, as it often does. Without warning or permission. I was uprooted from Kharkiv and brought to London, like a chess piece moved against its will. Here, I became a counsellor working with Family and Systemic Constellations in London. I bring over 1,000 hours of experience in group and individual therapeutic work.
Why did I choose to do Family Constellations
I specialise in Systemic Constellations because of their precision and pace. After years in the field, I saw that traditional ‘talk therapy’ often circles the issue for years. I saw my colleagues and clients experience more movement in one session than in months of standard coaching. I choose this method for its fast, effective, and surgical results.»
Today, based in the heart of West London, I facilitate Family Systemic Constellations on a new level: more accessible, quicker, lighter in form, and often surprisingly effective.
In my practice, I see three recurring areas of difficulty:
In my personal life, I enjoy travelling, discovering new places, and trying unfamiliar experiences. I have always been deeply interested in the inner world of people. Conversations, imagination, and the hidden logic of the human psyche give me a sense of wonder and genuine joy.
My mission? To help people reconnect with themselves, feel more love and be loved, and live with greater clarity, balance, and vitality.
How we can work together
I offer individual sessions in my office in West London (Shepherd’s Bush) — a warm, welcoming, and private space — as well as online sessions. Both formats are confidential, personalised, and fully focused on your specific issue.
I also lead group constellation sessions in Central London. Group work creates a powerful shared field that allows deeper insight and often produces faster, stronger results.
In short, individual sessions are more intimate, calm, and safe. Group sessions are more dynamic, efficient, and supported by collective energy.
