Both formats have their own magic.

Individual sessions

Provide a private, focused space for personalised exploration of your issue. We work one-to-one with objects, figurines, or metaphorical cards to represent members of the system, a gentle approach for sensitive themes or for those who prefer a quieter setting.

Group sessions

On the other hand, provide a unique experience that is hard to describe. The presence of others makes a much stronger field and creates insights that can come only in shared space. The group energy gives access to something that simply cannot be repeated in an individual session.
