I am Kateryna Goodzenko,
Russian speaking counsellor in London,
a Family Constellations practitioner.
My first contact with psychology began with a request:
“My life is well organised,
but I don’t feel completely happy.”

At that moment, I just wanted to try something new — something others described as one of the best investments of time and money. That curiosity gradually turned into deep involvement in psychology and years of weekly group work in Family Constellations.
Despite my interest in psychology, for a long time I didn’t want to become a counsellor. I found the idea of listening to clients dwell endlessly on their suffering uninspiring. Over time, however, I discovered an approach that allows me to help people quickly and effectively.
For me, this work is like clearing the riverbed: we identify the root cause of suffering and address it directly (often in just one or two sessions), resolving problems that may have lasted for years. Once the blockage is removed, energy begins to flow freely again. I am happy to see how relieved and pleasantly surprised my clients are. Many of them are astonished that such a big inner change can happen so rapidly and effectively.
Then the war in Ukraine intervened, as it often does. Without warning or permission, I was uprooted from Kharkiv and brought to London, like a chess piece moved against its will. Here, I became a counsellor working with Family and Systemic Constellations in London. I bring over 1,000 hours of experience in group and individual therapeutic work.
Why did I choose to do Family Constellations
I am a Family Systemic Constellations practitioner because of their precision and pace.
As a client, I explored many psychotherapy approaches and saw how traditional talk therapy often circles issues for years with slow or no progress. That’s why, when I saw the immediate results from literally one session of Family Constellations, I was very impressed. I realised I had found the approach I wanted to be treated with. For almost five years, I have witnessed how constellations change the lives of my friends. Therefore, I started facilitating them myself. I chose this method for its fast, effective, and transformative results.
Today, based in the heart of West London, I facilitate Family Constellations on a new level: more accessible, quicker, lighter in form, and often surprisingly effective, following my completion of the Universal Therapy course by Leonid Talpis in 2025.
My mission? To help people reconnect with themselves, feel more love and be loved, and live with greater clarity, balance, and vitality.
In my personal life, I enjoy travelling, discovering new places, and trying new things. I have always been deeply interested in the inner world of people. Conversations, imagination, and the hidden logic of the human psyche give me a sense of wonder and genuine joy.
How can we work together
I offer individual sessions in my office in West London (Shepherd’s Bush) — a warm, welcoming, and private space — as well as online sessions. Both formats are confidential, personalised, and fully focused on your specific issue.
I also lead group sessions on Family Constellation in London. Group work creates a powerful shared field that allows deeper insight and often produces faster, stronger results.
In short, individual sessions are more intimate, calm, and safe. Group sessions are more dynamic, efficient, and supported by collective energy.
