How Family Constellations Work

Where your problems actually come from
In my experience, the causes behind what happens in our lives are distributed:
• 10–15% – your current life,
• 50–60% – the family system,
• 30–40% – deeper layers (what some call “past lives” and others “the collective unconscious”).
Classical psychology treats only what’s happened in the current life. But most of the burden we bear comes from elsewhere.
Family Constellation*
It’s a type of Solution-Focused Therapy that explores how problems in our life might be connected to our family relationships, even from past generations. The basic idea is that every group (a family or a business team) is a system where everyone is connected. If the system is unbalanced, for example by excluding a family member or carrying unresolved trauma (like losing a family member in a war), it can affect the whole system and cause problems.
It is based on the principle that there’s a the Collective Field (Energy-Information / Morphic Field or The Field) containing everything: past and present, the collective energy and the family’s emotional history. Though not fully understood and scientifically backed, everyone can experience it. When we connect to this Field, the real dynamics behind your situation become visible.
The goal of Systemic Constellations is to interrupt the negative impact of past traumas on you.
Systemic Constellations (Systemic Coaching, Universal Therapy)**
It’s more advanced method combining Constellations with Gestalt, Body therapy, Quantum psychology, and Theta healing. The core principle is simple: to solve any problem, find its root. And the root lies in Truth. Sometimes simply seeing the Truth is enough for healing to start.
Like detectives, we are finding the root. Once found, we work with it and address the issue. The process can be surprisingly efficient because we go straight to the cause rather than spending months discussing symptoms. That said, some issues resolve within one or two sessions, others unfold layer by layer.

How a Session Works
We examine your issue. Using the Kinesiology Muscle Test, we identify its origin.
Kinesiology Muscle Test (Body Test)
The body knows everything. It’s directly connected to the Collective Field, where the entire history of your system is recorded.
It responds to truth with strength, to untruth with weakness. Falsehood always drains energy, which is why the body becomes weaker. When we state the correct phrase, the body confirms it with strength, and when we are wrong, the muscle weakens. I read this information from the Field using my own body and fingers, testing hypotheses with “Yes” or “No” answers to understand which direction to take and exactly where the source of the problem lies.
This is a very quick route from the symptom to its root cause and, therefore, to true healing.
We use a unique diagnostic process to make the invisible dynamics of your life visible.
In Group Workshops: Other participants act as ‘representatives’ for your family members. They don’t act or roleplay, they just feel and share their emotions. Through the Field, they access information about the emotional structure of your family, revealing exactly where the blockages lie.
In Individual Sessions: It is just you and me. We act as representatives ourselves to access the same Field of information. Whether in a group or one-to-one, the result is the same: you see the root cause clearly, and we facilitate a resolution.
Then we place representative figures (people, metaphorical cards, or objects) and observe the interactions between them. After that, we speak resolving phrases that release the emotional charge and allow you to accept the situation. Then we apply Quantum Healing (also known as 2-Point Method, the Assemblage Point or Matrix Energetics***) or other techniques as needed. If required, we go deeper to the next layer and repeat.
The desired outcome is a visible release in the field and in the representatives.
Once the root is visible, we use focused systemic interventions to shift it.
Quantum Healing (Matrix Energetics)
This is a method of quantum psychology based on interaction with the Collective Field. It works by bypassing logic, engaging directly with our emotions and the subconscious.
The core of the technique is to gently switch off the mind’s control and return you to the zero point, a place where you have not yet become encrusted with rigid beliefs and where the problem is already solved. Matrix Energetics is a light trance in which the inner critic falls silent and access opens to the Field, where everything can be changed. Energy transforms, the old block dissolves, and the brain records a new pattern without resistance.
What is needed from you
Just an open mind and comfortable clothes. No prior experience is needed.
Notice your body’s signals, even the smallest ones. Tingling in your hands, pressure in your chest, numbness in your legs, shifts in your emotions. Even where you’re looking matters. Trust the process and allow yourself to feel. That’s it.
The process is completely safe. You cannot “take on” anything that doesn’t belong to you. Sometimes an emotional surge appears, but this is always your own energy coming up to heal. The field shows only what you are ready to face.
