Duration: ~ 2 hours
The session usually lasts around 2 hours, although the exact timing can vary. Most sessions take between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, so please plan some free time afterward to relax and avoid rushing.
Price: £90 per session (deposit: £20)
The cost of an individual session is £90 per session.
To reserve your time, a £20 deposit is required. After confirmation, I will send you the payment details.
The remaining cost can be paid before the session.

What to Expect
First, we will get to know each other and clarify your request. Then we start exploring the root of the issue.
In group work, representatives can be people standing in for key elements of your system, such as family members, important life events, or emotional themes. In individual sessions, where there is only you and me, we work with objects or metaphorical cards instead.
I gently guide you through the process, sometimes stepping into different roles or reflecting parts of your personal story.
After that, we use resolving phrases to release emotional charge and support acceptance. Transformation Point or other techniques can be applied as needed. If required, we may go deeper into the next layer and repeat the process.
The aim is a visible release in the field and in the representatives. Resolution may be immediate or may take time. Both are natural.
What has been carried for many years sometimes needs space to unfold and dissolve.
We initiate the healing, and the Energy-Information Field completes the work.
